I have had mucus in my throat for about 3 months, initially diagnosed with bronchitis. After rounds of antibiotics, steroids, and Singulair, there is still no relief. I have tried saline rinses, Flonase, and Mucinex, but nothing helps. I am taking Olmesartan for high blood pressure and considering antihistamines. Could this be caused by allergies, acid reflux, or another illness? Is this a chronic issue that will never go away? What other treatments can I try for immediate relief?
