I use my mobile for about 2 hours a day. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I am scheduled for cataract surgery on January 9th to address a posterior subcapsular cataract in my left eye. I am extremely anxious, especially about the twilight anesthesia, dilation of my eyes, and the potential for panic during the procedure. Additionally, I am struggling with the choice of intraocular lenses, particularly between the Enhance (non-Toric) Wilburn and the Clearview 3 lens by Lenstec. I am concerned about losing near vision with the other lenses and am worried about the twilight anesthesia and managing my anxiety medication, Klonopin, which I am currently weaning off. I am also fearful of how my vision and depth perception will be affected post-surgery. How can I best manage my anxiety and make an informed decision about the lenses?
