I have a rash and pimples on my head that started after a massage. I suspect it might be due to bacteria from dirty hands. The rash is itchy, feels hot, and is red almost everywhere. I've tried over-the-counter creams and shampoos like ketoconazole and clobetasol, but they haven't helped. I also have dandruff and am concerned about the possibility of it being herpes, especially since it has spread to around my anus, which is a new area for me. What could this rash be, and what treatment options are available?

I have a skin rash on my torso and arms that first appeared about 6 days ago and has been increasing in numbers since then. The rash consists of red bumps, slightly elevated, with no itch, pain, or swelling. I have no known allergies or diseases, am in good physical condition, and am the only one in my household with this rash. I have no medications and have had a lot of stress for a long time. Could this be a stress-induced rash, and if so, how long should I expect it to last?
