I live in Las Vegas and face discrimination due to having opiates in my medical records. I have 4 herniated discs, sciatica, and displaced ribs on my left side (7-9). I have had sciatica since 2015, am 43 years old, and have tried various treatments including 15 injections and ketamine infusions. My previous doctor in NYC prescribed Norco and Cymbalta, which helped me significantly. I recently had orthopedic surgery for a fractured left elbow humerus. Can you help?

I have been experiencing muscle twitches all over my body for the past 9 years, and over the past 10 days, they have been concentrated behind my right elbow. I have had nerve conduction tests in the past, which showed no issues. I am wondering what this could be and if it could be the start of muscle weakness or degeneration.

I took an OraQuick rapid advance HIV test at 10 weeks and the results were negative. How accurate is this, and should I feel confident with the results? Additionally, I did an HIV RNA test at 4 weeks which was also negative. Could there be a chance of a false negative, and is the accuracy the same for the oral swab test?

I’ve noticed that whenever I get my period, I get the same two pimples on my chin. They are painful, below the surface with no heads, and resolve after my period. I have oily skin, particularly on my forehead, and I am on birth control pills. What can I do to manage this hormonal acne, and are there any topical treatments or self-care remedies that can help?

I'm 36 and have had external hemorrhoids since I had my children, but they never bothered me until recently. They feel swollen but have no pain or blood. I tried hemorrhoid creams and suppositories, which burned and seemed to make them worse. Now I'm worried it might be something more serious since the creams didn't work. Should I stop touching and inspecting them daily, and will they go away on their own?
