Is there any over-the-counter medication for inner ear dizziness suitable for a 90-year-old woman who takes metformin (for diabetes), propanolol (for tremors), and synthroid, and has no other significant medical conditions?

I have pressure in my ears, mild ear pain, and an inflamed tonsil that has bled and healed twice. I'm concerned if this could be cancer or something else. Could the ear pain be related to the tonsil issue?

I had an anxiety attack due to high blood pressure (195/120) and went to the ER. They ran tests including blood work, urinalysis, and EKG. My AST and ALT levels were initially elevated (AST 48, ALT 57), but subsequent tests showed them within normal limits (AST 22, ALT 22). My A1C levels were also normal (5.1). I had ANA and Actin tests, but their results are unknown. My doctor is out of town, and I'm unsure if I should seek a hepatologist or wait for retesting in 4 weeks. Should I be concerned about these results, and what should I do next?

I just returned from a long travel and experienced pointed pain in my left flank and lower left back, which started immediately after sitting. The pain is not pressing and my urine is fine. I also picked up heavy luggage. Could this be muscular, and what should I do to alleviate the pain?
