I was treated for fibromyalgia for three years, but recently found that my body pain was due to a lack of calcium and Vitamin D. I am now taking supplements for these. Is there anything else I can do to expedite the return of my bone density, besides increasing my intake of foods rich in calcium and Vitamin D?

I randomly have blood in my urine when I first wake up in the morning, which goes away after the first urination. This happens again after working outside in the heat, where I walk a lot and sweat a lot, and I drink about 74 oz of water during work. I also experience slight lower abdominal pain during these times. What could be causing this and what should I do?

While mowing the yard, I suddenly experienced severe burning pain on the top of my foot and front of my ankle. There is no swelling or redness, and the pain is relieved with rest. I have controlled hypertension and GERD, recently quit smoking, and started taking Zocor (simvastatin) about a week and a half ago. The symptoms are on both ankles at the same time. I am a 57-year-old female. What could be causing this pain?

I chew ice all the time and this behavior started after I began donating blood about a year ago. My hemoglobin levels are always between 12.5-13.2 when I donate blood. I started taking a multivitamin with 100% iron once a day, but it's not helping yet. What kind of test do I need and how can I fix this?
