I’ve had a spot of ringworm on my arm for a couple of months. I keep using over-the-counter antifungal medication on it, but it doesn't seem to do anything. What else can I try?

I tested positive for pregnancy a week ago and haven't scheduled an appointment with an OB yet. I had sex two days ago and started spotting light pink/brownish, which seems to be heavier today. I'm not using any contraceptives, and my last period started on June 25th and ended on June 29th. I've had a little cramping but no stomach pain, dizziness, vaginal discharge, fever, burning in urine, visible bruises, or skin rash. This is my first pregnancy. What should I do about the spotting and cramping?

Hello, I’m sick. My ears and throat are very painful, and I have a constant dull and stabbing throat pain. I also have congestion, a fever, nausea, a spinning head, trouble swallowing water, and a cough with phlegm. I have tried Advil for three days but it’s not effective. What should I do?

I have epilepsy and am struggling with daily seizures, usually twice a day, which are almost predictable. I have been on lamotrigine, lacosamide, and clonazepam, but they don't seem to be effective anymore. I was hospitalized for mental health reasons and had a lapse in my lamotrigine treatment, which might have sensitized my body to seizures. I am having tonic-clonic seizures lasting about 4 1/2 minutes each. Is this regular seizure activity common, and what could be causing it?
