I have stomach burn after eating certain foods, especially meats and after drinking alcohol, which gets worse at night. This has been happening for over 3 years, and while changing my diet has helped, the issue persists with certain foods. I am 34 years old and not currently using any medications. I have been experiencing diarrhea and vomiting all day. The diarrhea comes and goes, with episodes every 4 hours today after being more frequent last night. I have also experienced nausea, fatigue, and bloating. I am 67 years old, on high blood pressure and rheumatoid arthritis medications, and received a shot for osteoporosis last week. I have not taken any medications for the diarrhea. Should I seek immediate medical care or wait a couple of days?
