My 13-year-old child is experiencing a stomach ache on the left side of the abdomen since this evening. There is no fever, nausea, vomiting, or change in bowel habits. He might be slightly constipated and has no urinary symptoms or history of kidney stones. What could be causing the pain and what should I do?
