I have gotten some labs back and looking for feedback if these are in range and healthy. I’m currently trying to conceive also on Letrozole and trying to restore my periods as I was being treated for amenorrhea. What could be the reason I am not getting periods on my own, and what additional tests or actions should I consider?

What are some causes of sharp pain on the right side of the belly button, which has been present for about a month, moves around the lower right quadrant from the hip, pelvis, or navel, and worsens with working out and eating, but does not improve with bowel movements or passing gas? The pain started after performing stomach vacuums, and there are associated symptoms of bloating, indigestion, nausea, lack of appetite, and fatigue.

I've been experiencing off-and-on numbness in my leg and arms, sometimes just in one arm or one leg. I've had normal EMG and nerve conduction tests, and my MRI showed some loss due to being premature but otherwise normal. I'm concerned about the possibility of a serious or life-threatening condition, even though it might not be. How long should I expect the numbness to last, and should I be worried about any serious health issues?
