I have a constant sharp and achy pain in my lower left abdomen for six days, which worsens when laying down and breathing. The only comfortable position is laying directly on the affected area. I've been experiencing dizziness and nausea when I lower my head below my heart, such as during yoga or bending over. These symptoms started about two weeks ago and are stable but disconcerting. I'm 51 years old, not on any medications, and have Post-Acute Sequelae of COVID-19 (PASC) affecting my brain, but my recent well-women appointment showed normal results. Could this be related to my long-term use of ear plugs and an ear mic for work?
