I have been experiencing various symptoms such as dissociation, vivid strange dreams, false recalls, seeing spots in vision, feeling unlike myself, forgetfulness, trouble sleeping with fatigue, racing thoughts, random thoughts, sadness, hopeless feelings, getting lost in my head, nervousness, feeling like I forget what I'm doing, seeing halos around objects, brain fog, dizzy spells, and headaches. I also have severe health anxiety and worry that these symptoms might indicate something serious like psychosis or a brain tumor. Could these symptoms be related to long-term anxiety or is there a potential for something more serious?

I'm a 60-year-old female with normal blood pressure, taking a statin for cholesterol, and experiencing significant anxiety for the past 6 months. My resting heart rate is usually 78-82, but it can go over 100 during minimal or light activity, which is noticeable and uncomfortable. Is this normal, and could the increased heart rate due to anxiety cause damage to my heart?
