Last year in November, my periods stopped, so I went on the pill to make them regular. I came off the pill in April after my 19th birthday, and I haven't had a period since. Since January this year, I've contracted chlamydia twice and gonorrhea once. I'm scared there's something wrong with me, but the doctor keeps saying not to worry because I'm young. What should I do?

What is the best way to lower my blood pressure, which was recently measured at 164/98, and has been high for some time? I was previously on medication but have not been able to refill it due to lack of insurance. My height is 5'1 and weight is 110, and I have a family history of high cholesterol but not high blood pressure.
