My 3-year-old daughter has been coughing and spitting up after coughing fits, and recently threw up a light brown greenish color after drinking milk. She is also sick with a cough, mucus, and runny nose. Should I be concerned about the color of the vomit, and what could this be? Additionally, she has been experiencing poor weight gain and her pediatrician wants us to see a GI specialist. Could the vomiting be related to her weight issues?
