My 5-year-old daughter started vomiting around 5 pm yesterday and continued through the night until about 1 am. She vomited about 7 times in total. She has been feeling better today, but still vomited a tiny bit after drinking water. She has no diarrhea or fever, and is not experiencing dizziness, chills, or trouble breathing. She is not on any medications and has no significant medical history. What could be causing her vomiting, and how long will it last?

I have body aches, chest pain, difficulty breathing deeply, and a runny nose. The body aches and runny nose started yesterday, while the chest pain has been ongoing since last week. I am 63 years old and also experiencing coughing. I take Tylenol and Aleve for the pain, and I receive Cosentyx injections monthly for psoriatic arthritis.
