I have black pigmentation on my eyelids that appeared after extreme itching. I increased my Ruxolitinib to 20mg twice a day and my methylprednisolone to around 10 or 8 mg due to the itching. Can I get rid of this pigmentation and what is it from?

I've been experiencing anxiety about it and want to know if it's harmless, if it can turn into cancer, if there's anything I need to do to get rid of it, and if it could be related to a more serious condition like PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease).

My 34-year-old son has had nipple discharge since middle school, which comes and goes and only occurs when he punches very hard. He has no odor associated with the discharge and no lumps. He has celiac disease and is otherwise healthy. What could be causing this and should he seek medical attention?
