I am too scared to start my Suprep bowel prep kit due to an extreme fear of vomiting. I have to do this for surgery tomorrow and I don't know how to avoid vomiting. What suggestions do you have to help me manage this fear and ensure the prep stays down?

I have had diarrhea for 2 months, since taking antibiotics for a tooth abscess. I am 54, and had a colonoscopy last year. I contacted my dentist and doctor, took probiotics, Activia yogurt, Pepto-Bismol, and Imodium A-D. Still, the diarrhea continued. Then my doctor prescribed Welchol 625 mg tablets, 2 AM and 2 PM. This helped only slightly. In the AM, I have a more normal bowel movement, but every afternoon I have 2 or 3 episodes of diarrhea. I have stopped coffee, sugar-free items, and varied my diet. I have another doctor appointment a week from today. What should I do in the meantime?
