My 80-year-old mother had her second COVID-19 vaccine shot last Thursday and has been very sick since then, including experiencing shortness of breath. Should I take her to the doctor, and if so, what should I emphasize about her symptoms?

My lady friend is experiencing chills, fatigue, and low energy for a week, starting the day after a 2-hour walk. She had a dry cough last week and took a COVID assessment. She is 63 years old, has successfully treated epilepsy, and is otherwise healthy. Could this be a TIA or a thyroid issue, and what should be done while waiting for the COVID test results?

I’m having a slight vaginal odor similar to vinegar, with no unusual discharge, pain, or itching. The odor seems to appear after my period for the last two months. I had a bacterial infection two months ago, took a prescription for it, and it went away. My last Pap test was three months ago with normal results, and I was prescribed a NuvaRing, which I used for one month in March. What could be causing this odor, and what can I do to address it?

I am 6 weeks pregnant and had severe stomach pain near the belly button that was almost constant, achey/stabbing, and reduced after passing stool. I had food from a restaurant yesterday and am worried if I am going through a miscarriage again. What could be the cause of the pain?

Our two-month-old appears to be struggling with lots of saliva, and it sounds like it’s lodged in her throat at times; she is now very restless. She doesn’t seem to have pain in her throat and is only staying calm on her mother’s breast. This is the first time this issue has occurred, and there are no other relevant medical history details.

I have been experiencing a large amount of bright red blood in my urine and diarrhea for a couple of months, along with worsening and constant stomach cramps. I have a history of bulimia and anorexia since I was 15, and I am currently taking Escitalopram 20mg. What could be causing this and what should I do?
