Can I set up a chat with a pulmonologist? I have been concerned about my breathing for 10-15 years, use multiple medications, and have a history of smoking marijuana for about 15 years, which I stopped 10 years ago. I sometimes have difficulty breathing and use albuterol for relief. I also have a small hole in my lung from inhaling too long, which sometimes causes wheezing. Should I be concerned about the hole, and how can I reverse the effects of my past marijuana use?

I have a sore throat on the right side that has been on and off for 2 weeks. The doctor said it's quite red and the rapid strep test was negative. I'm starting antibiotics today and am terrified it might be cancer. The pain is pretty sharp and constant now. Besides the sore throat, I haven't had chills, congestion, or a fever. I'm a heavy drinker and am worried about my risk of cancer. What could be causing this sore throat and what should my next steps be?
