My adult son, who is 23 and has no medication history, has returned home exhibiting symptoms of memory loss, staggering, and slurred speech. He claims to go days without sleep and has a history of sleepwalking in the family. He has also had issues with substance abuse, including drug experimentation and alcohol abuse, leading to a drug overdose that required hospitalization. What could be causing his symptoms and what steps can be taken to address them?

I recently had an annual blood test that revealed low white blood cell (WBC) count of 3.3. I am a 31-year-old female, otherwise healthy with no medications. My previous WBC counts were 5.3 (2019), 5.0 (2018), 3.9 (2016), 4.5 (2015), and 4.8 (2012). A week after the blood test, a urine test revealed a UTI which was treated with antibiotics. Should I be concerned about my low WBC count, and what should I do next?

I'm experiencing erratic temperature regulation, feeling hot and cold without a fever, and I'm 37 years old. I have a history of medical conditions including spina bifida, hydrocephalus, spinal cord injury, endometriosis, IBS, and skin issues. I'm currently on medications including risperidone, zoloft, remeron, ditropan, senna, atarax, mira lax, and milk of magnesia PRN. Could this be related to my medications, and is there anything I can do to regulate my temperature in the meantime?

For about 6 weeks, I have been experiencing persistent pain in my right ear, neck, and throat, trouble swallowing, a hoarse voice, tightness in my chest, shortness of breath, swollen and painful lymph nodes, weight loss, and other symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, and occasional vomiting. My blood tests and imaging results are mostly normal, except for some elevated EBV antibodies and enlarged lymph nodes. I have been treated for reflux, TMJ, and a UTI, but I am still not seeing any improvement. What could be causing these symptoms and what further steps should I take?
