My AST level is 644 and my ALT level is 300. My LGH-5 level came back high, and my urine is dark. I have asthma and do not use alcohol or drugs. I am 33 years old, weigh 128 pounds, and experience nausea, but no fever, vomiting, loss of appetite, pain, or jaundice. Hepatitis A, B, and C tests, as well as HIV, are negative. What could be causing these elevated liver enzyme levels, and what further tests should I undergo?

I had a colonoscopy in November and everything was fine, but recently at the gym, something popped or tore just inside the sphincter, causing a clear, slimy fluid to come out 2 or 3 times a day for a week now. I haven't been using any medication since the colonoscopy and haven't seen a doctor yet due to long wait times. What could this be?

My blood work results show GFR 57, Potassium 5.5, Creatinine 1.08, MPV 7.1, WBC 11.7, RBC 3.8, Absolute Lymphocyte 3.6, Absolute monocyte 0.9, and I have symptoms like excessive sweating/hot flashes, easy bruising, significant leg and feet cramps multiple times a day, flank pain, and blood in my urine. I've been on a PPI for over 20 years for a hiatal hernia and GERD, and on Celexa for mood. What should I do?
