My blood work results show GFR 57, Potassium 5.5, Creatinine 1.08, MPV 7.1, WBC 11.7, RBC 3.8, Absolute Lymphocyte 3.6, Absolute monocyte 0.9, and I have symptoms like excessive sweating/hot flashes, easy bruising, significant leg and feet cramps multiple times a day, flank pain, and blood in my urine. I've been on a PPI for over 20 years for a hiatal hernia and GERD, and on Celexa for mood. What should I do?

I have a small pimple on the head of my penis. It appeared 2 days ago and I haven't used any medication for it, just soap. I haven't seen a dermatologist about it and I'm in remission for leukemia. Can this be a normal thing, and what should I do about it?

My girlfriend takes an annual physical each year. The last three years she has tested positive for E. coli in her urine. She has no symptoms, no UTI. She took a round of antibiotics and then retested with another positive urine test. Once again, no symptoms. Any comment on this and why?

I am a 32-year-old male with a personal issue regarding my penis. At times, it becomes so small and retracted that it hurts and causes discomfort. Is this normal, and is there anything to help with this? I also think I may be a bit small to start with. What can be done about this?

I recently got an X-Ray that showed left pleural effusion, but a subsequent X-Ray showed no pleural effusion and mentioned 'Similar homogeneous attenuation of the retrocardiac clear space.' What does this mean, and what could cause it? Additionally, a recent CT Scan with Contrast showed 'Some calcified mediastinal and LEFT hilar lymph nodes. Residual thymic tissue anterior superior mediastinum.' and 'Normal size heart with trace pericardial fluid.' What do these findings mean?
