I am a 32-year-old male with a personal issue regarding my penis. At times, it becomes so small and retracted that it hurts and causes discomfort. Is this normal, and is there anything to help with this? I also think I may be a bit small to start with. What can be done about this?

I recently got an X-Ray that showed left pleural effusion, but a subsequent X-Ray showed no pleural effusion and mentioned 'Similar homogeneous attenuation of the retrocardiac clear space.' What does this mean, and what could cause it? Additionally, a recent CT Scan with Contrast showed 'Some calcified mediastinal and LEFT hilar lymph nodes. Residual thymic tissue anterior superior mediastinum.' and 'Normal size heart with trace pericardial fluid.' What do these findings mean?

I am 84 years old and have had hearing aids for many years. I recently bought a new Tru Hearing aid that goes behind the ear, which is different from my previous in-ear aids. This new aid has irritated my ear, making it difficult to wear. I am completely deaf in my right ear, so all my hearing relies on my left ear. Should I tough it out or go to a doctor?
