My baby is exclusively breastfed and typically poops multiple times a day. However, yesterday he only pooped once and none today. He seems uncomfortable and gassy. Should I be concerned, and what can I do to help him?

I have been breathing through my nose 24/7 for 5 years, which led to convulsions, seizures, and blackouts. I recently switched to breathing through my mouth and noticed changes in my body, such as altered chemical production in my brain, sluggishness, and high blood pressure. I also experienced disruptions in fluid retention and hormone production. What do you think I did to my body as a result of this prolonged nasal breathing, and will it recover on its own?

I'm experiencing bright red bleeding on cycle day 10, along with daily cramps since before my period started and positive OPK results from day 8. My cycles are typically 26-27 days and I've been off birth control for 6 months. I'm trying to conceive and have noticed my cramps worsening and the bleeding increasing throughout the day. Is this normal, and what could be causing it?

My white blood count is low. What can I do to get it up? I am 50 years old, have multiple sclerosis, am a breast cancer survivor, have an ileostomy, and take tamoxifen for chemo. I also fell on my left knee in 2019 and have been in constant pain since.
