I've been on Lipitor 10mg for six years and recently started feeling tightness in my chest and back. I've had a stress test, endo, and hida scan, all of which are normal. I'm wondering if Lipitor could be causing these massive aches. I'm a 37-year-old male with high blood pressure, treated. The tightness is at rest, not associated with dizziness, palpitations, fatigue, stomach pain, food reflux, nausea, or changes in urine color. The aches are primarily in my upper body, especially the chest and back, and have been ongoing for months. Some days are better than others, but Tylenol and ibuprofen do nothing to alleviate the pain.

I am burping regularly and white foam comes up with it. When I burp, I feel like there is a blockage in my throat. This has been a concern for nearly two months. People said it's acid reflux, but I've been taking DEXILANT for the burping for about two weeks and it's still occurring.
