I am burping regularly and white foam comes up with it. When I burp, I feel like there is a blockage in my throat. This has been a concern for nearly two months. People said it's acid reflux, but I've been taking DEXILANT for the burping for about two weeks and it's still occurring. I can eat, but sometimes I throw up or a bit comes back up if I drink liquids. I am losing weight. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My son has something under his armpit that looks like an infected gland, causing severe arm pain that prevents him from putting his arm down. He teaches tennis for a living. How long have you had the arm pain? Have you used any medication for it? Have you seen a doctor about the arm pain? Is there anything else in your medical history that the Doctor should know?

My 43-year-old daughter had meningitis at age 2 with a 107 fever, and now at age 43, she had a seizure that required hospitalization. All tests came out ok, but doctors suggest her childhood meningitis could be the reason for her seizure. Could that be true? She never had any problems or learning issues and is a lawyer. Good student. Now with stress due to COVID, kids learning from home, and other stressors, could that have caused the seizure? What should be our next steps?

If I start taking birth control without ever being on it, will I bleed regularly for my cycle? Or can I delay it somehow?

My CBC test results show a white blood cell count of 5.0 (3.8-10.8 Thousand/uL) and other cell counts within normal ranges. Should I be concerned about my white blood cell count being at the lower end of the normal range, and is there any specific item I should monitor closely?
