My son has something under his armpit that looks like an infected gland, causing severe arm pain that prevents him from putting his arm down. He teaches tennis for a living. How long have you had the arm pain? Have you used any medication for it? Have you seen a doctor about the arm pain? Is there anything else in your medical history that the Doctor should know?

I have been experiencing arm pain, specifically in the elbow areas on both arms, which sometimes radiates to the forearms. The pain started in July, went away, and then returned recently. I have neck stiffness due to stress and anxiety, and I recently discovered a vitamin D deficiency. The pain seems to flare up when my anxiety is high and comes and goes throughout the day, especially at night. Is this pain likely due to anxiety, tendinitis, or a combination of both?
