I've been experiencing severe chest and rib pain for about 4 and a half hours. The pain was initially a 10 on a scale of 1-10, but it got better after sitting down and drinking water, only to worsen again. The pain is sharp and stabbing, and it's deeper in my chest. I'm 17 years old and don't have any other medical conditions or take any medications. The pain migrates to my left shoulder, and I've experienced dizziness and shortness of breath when the pain was at its worst. My face and hands have also started tingling. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do?

I've been experiencing constant left flank pain for about 3 days, which radiates across my stomach and back. The pain was stable for the first couple of days but has worsened today. It's dull and achy unless I move, then it becomes sharp. I also have fatigue. I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, distal colitis, and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) last year and am currently taking methotrexate for RA. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?
