My mother-in-law's blood pressure is 83 over 43. Should she be taken to the ER? She takes high blood pressure medicine but hasn't taken any extra. She just got out of the hospital yesterday for a fall but everything checked out OK and they sent her home. They did say that her blood pressure was dropping whenever she stood up and that is why she is so weak in her legs and is falling. She also was dehydrated.

Can I completely relax with my 6-month negative tests and 100% consider that I am not infected with HIV and didn't transmit it to my partner?
