I also took two 4th generation tests at 8 and 11 weeks, and three other antibody tests at 5, 7, and 9 weeks. Is this conclusive? Additionally, can HIV be transmitted through a lancet prick? I am also concerned about potential transmission of other STDs like syphilis and hepatitis C through oral sex, and whether my symptoms of nerve tingling and joint pain could be related to these conditions.

For the past week, I've been noticing something vibrating in my stomach right below my ribcage on the right side of my body. There is no pain, and each vibration lasts for about 10 seconds or less, occurring several times a day with intervals of 20 seconds to 1 minute between them.
