What should I do if I can’t get in with my doctor until the end of this month and I suspect I’ve been re-infected?

I have been having recurrent sinus infections since March of this year. I will finish an antibiotic and within 5 days, the infection is back. My symptoms are not all typical - mostly headache, weak, tons of congestion, tired, but not much drainage. I finally had a CT of my sinuses. The results are here. I am seeing the ENT next week. Right now, my infection is back after finishing Zithromax on Monday. I'm starting Augmentin today. Can you explain what the CT results mean? I have read that having trouble with the Sphenoid Sinus is potentially dangerous. Also, do you think I will need surgery? What would you think the course of action will be?

I am experiencing severe low back and left side pain, increased frequency of urination without odor or pain, and excruciating pain during bowel movements or gas passage. The pain is also affecting my ability to walk, sit, or stand, but is less severe when lying down. This has been ongoing for three days, and I have a history of hemophilia and diverticulitis. I have tried ibuprofen and an over-the-counter laxative without relief. Should I wait until my scheduled doctor's appointment or go to the ER?
