Had a concussion from a car accident on 10/15 with a loss of consciousness of probably 15 minutes. The next day I was completely disoriented, slurred speech, couldn't walk straight, and went to the ER where I had a negative CT with and without contrast. However, I still feel poorly. Is this normal? I still have a headache, neck ache, memory problems, trouble thinking, and am tired all the time, as well as bothered by noise and lights. Should I be seen for further evaluation, or just give it time?

I am 52 years old and have experienced significant stress from May through August, which has resulted in a loss of muscle fat in my buttocks. Could stress cause this loss, or is it due to aging? Additionally, I do not exercise regularly and have been on a low-fat diet, specifically the South Beach Diet. Could the combination of dieting and stress have contributed to this muscle fat loss?
