My daughter is 17 years old and has been experiencing feelings of disassociation with her body, particularly her baby toe, which she feels doesn't belong to her. She also sometimes feels like she's not in her own body but watching from the outside. She puts herself under a lot of pressure at school and has anxiety issues. What could be causing these symptoms and what should we do?

I have intense pain in the muscle on my upper right side between my spine and shoulder. The pain sometimes travels to the left of my spine and is worse when I reach up with my right arm.
