My daughter is 4 years old and has pending COVID-19 test results. She noticed an inflamed lymph node on the back of her neck after being tested. She also has a fever, sore throat, runny nose, and headache. Should I be concerned about the inflamed lymph node, and is it possible for it to be related to COVID-19 or a different infection?
