My daughter is nursing her 5-month-old baby and is being told by her employer that she must get the vaccine. She is concerned that the vaccine, which is not FDA approved, could impact the baby. She has a heart issue and spots on her brain, but her doctors have said it's okay for her to get the vaccine. She is also concerned that something dormant could surface after the vaccine. Will the baby have any side effects from the vaccine?

My heart rate is 133, my BP is normal, and I am a 64-year-old woman. Should I go to the ER? I have been experiencing this for about a week, am on medications including Sertraline, Nexium, and loazapam when needed, and have recently been under significant stress. I’m experiencing menstrual cramps but no bleeding, with my last actual period in March and occasional light bleeding or spotting since then. I’m 17 years old, use ibuprofen for cramps, and had unprotected sex on March 31st and May 25th. I took a pregnancy test around May 10th, which was negative. I’m concerned about the possibility of being pregnant and potential options for abortion if I am.

My 12-year-old daughter has been coughing for over a week now. No other symptoms, negative COVID test. The coughing comes and goes throughout the day and night, is dry, and there is no tightness in her chest. She has tried allergy medicines (Benadryl and Zyrtec), Advil, and cough and cold medicines. What can I do to help her get rid of this cough?
