My heart rate is 133, my BP is normal, and I am a 64-year-old woman. Should I go to the ER? I have been experiencing this for about a week, am on medications including Sertraline, Nexium, and loazapam when needed, and have recently been under significant stress. I also had open heart surgery at age 36 to repair an atrial septal defect.

I have been experiencing consistent bloating and trapped gas, especially before my menstrual cycle, which worsens with certain foods like fatty foods and dairy products.
