I have a large blind pimple on the side of my neck under my ear. I have been trying to squeeze it quite aggressively today but no avail. Is there any chance of me having done any damage to my neck arteries by trying to squeeze it? It's under my left ear roughly an inch below. I have generalized anxiety disorder so I worry a lot. Sorry if it's a stupid question.
