I have severe kidney pain for about 14 hours, which is located under my lower ribs and lower side back. I have taken only Panadol and visited the hospital last night, where scans showed no issues. The pain has shifted towards the front and feels like a stitch. What could be causing this pain?

I feel like I need to pee a lot, and when I do, it burns and hurts, and I still feel like I have to pee afterward. I'm very uncomfortable. How long have you had the burning? Have you used any medication for it? Have you seen a doctor about the burning? Is there any home remedy?
