My ears hurt every now and then. They become clogged, and I feel water and hear an echo. This has been happening for almost two weeks. I have not experienced dizziness, fever, respiratory infection, headache, or ear discharge. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

I have a sore throat for around 4 days now. I had unprotected oral sex and shared sexual fluids on January 1. I tested for STIs, including Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, HIV, and Syphilis, on January 1, January 10, and January 24, all of which came back negative. I also had Urethritis from January 26 to 30 and left testicular pain on January 26, which went away. Do I need to have a throat swab STD test?

I had a CT scan without contrast a few weeks ago, and another one today. The first scan did not mention anything about my liver, but today's report mentioned hepatic steatosis. Why did the first scan not mention it, and why did it suddenly appear in the second scan? My liver labs are normal except for ALT being slightly low, which has been the case since 2011. Both scans were done without contrast at different hospitals.
