While jogging, I experienced a muscle strain in my back under the rib, specifically in the latissimus dorsi area on the right side, which caused difficulty breathing when inhaling deeply. This has happened before, but it was 5 months ago while lifting a heavy bag. I have been doing a lot of weight lifting lately. Can this injury occur while jogging, and what should I do about it?

I have significantly reduced urine output (900 ML/24hrs, intake 60-70 ounces/daily) and diarrhea 2-5 times daily, leading to extreme swelling all over my body. Electrolytes and kidney function tests are normal, and there are no antibodies suggesting an autoimmune issue. What could cause the fluid to go through my colon instead of the bladder, and is the extreme swelling related?
