I have been experiencing frequent urination, particularly 3-4 times a night, which is unusual for me, along with pain around my scrotum resembling a muscle pull. The pain is more noticeable when walking, especially on inclines, and has been present for about 2 weeks. I have no history of gallstones or recent sexual activity, and my urine color appears normal. What could be causing these symptoms and what tests or treatments should I consider?

My husband is 42 and was diagnosed with hypothyroidism about 2 years ago. He is on unithroid 112mcg and gets checked every 3 to 6 months, but he still isn't feeling well. He has symptoms like high blood pressure, fatigue, brain fog, memory loss, low testosterone, and is on cholesterol meds. Should he continue seeing his general doctor for this or should he see an endocrinologist? Would a specialist know more?

I'm 54 years old and have been in menopause for 2-3 years. I had gastric sleeve surgery last year and have lost 100 lbs so far. Yesterday, I noticed a bit of brownish pink discharge and this morning I'm having cramping and there was a lot more discharge, feeling like I'm on my period. Is this normal, and could it be old slough off from hormone changes and all the weight loss?

Could I have a blood clot? There is a stinging burning feeling on the inside of my left arm just above the elbow. There seems to be some swelling, and it has been sore to the touch not noticed until this morning. I had the same prickly burning feeling last night on my left knee on the outside and just above the knee. It is a little tender today, still.
