I tried cocaine yesterday. If it had fentanyl in it, would I still be at risk?

I have been experiencing symptoms such as fatigue, anxiety, weakness in legs and shoulders (more on the left side), knee pain due to weakness, difficulty swallowing, speaking difficulties, occasional vertigo, hyperventilation, and intermittent stiffness in calves, especially after sports. These symptoms first appeared in January and have fluctuated since then. I have been diagnosed with an intermittent dystonia in my left hand and a mild B12 deficiency, which I am supplementing. I have also been diagnosed with anxiety. What could be causing these symptoms, and should I be concerned about a more serious condition like polymyositis?

I have been experiencing loss of appetite, a warm feeling in my stomach, and nausea for the past 5 weeks. I have alternating diarrhea and constipation, and I am currently taking DEXILANT. I have not experienced any weight loss, stress, fever, or a family history of irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel disease. My thyroid status was last checked a year ago and was fine. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to alleviate them?

I have a hairline fracture and have been given a splint cast. It's been on since yesterday, and it's very hot in Maui, making it feel very constricted. I'm not leaving to see my doctor in NY until January 2nd. Should I keep the cast on, or is it advisable to take it off or recast it before then?

About 2 months ago, I had a sore mouth with white spots everywhere, which my doctor diagnosed as cold sores in the mouth. I was prescribed Valtrex, but the issue came back with white dots in my mouth and the back of my throat, and my throat feels swollen. Could I have another bad outbreak of cold sores in my mouth, and can they go in the back of the throat?
