I recently got diagnosed with oral herpes and have been unable to eat for 6 days due to pain. Will I lose my muscle, and what can I do to alleviate the pain?

I traveled from Uganda to Vancouver, Canada from March 16-18th and am experiencing discomfort in my legs, like swelling and a bit of stiffness. I also had symptoms of malaria (fever, aches, vomiting, diarrhea) on March 11th, for which I was treated with malaria medication. I finished the course on March 15th. I am now in Vancouver and have noticed my bowel is still extremely loose, though I have been nauseous/do get a bit of an upset stomach when I fly. I have not had a blood test to confirm malaria. What should I do about my leg discomfort and loose bowel, and should I be concerned about malaria?

I can’t seem to get my blood pressure down today. It was high when I got up, like 145/85. I doubled up on my lisinopril and took 15 mg of lisinopril and 15 mgs of amlodipine several hours ago and my bp readings are still awful. 139/79, 137/89, 147/82, and last reading was 140/84. Does this mean my heart is failing or kidneys aren’t working right? I’m afraid I’m going to fetch stroke or heart attack from this.

I have scleroderma and experienced severe abdominal cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea with thick, dark stool, along with sweats and chills. I suspect it might be norovirus or gastrointestinal illness. I am currently on Losec, Domperidone, Adalat, and Resotran for bowel issues. I stopped taking Resotran when I became ill. Does this sound like norovirus, and is it safe to continue Resotran after the symptoms have subsided?

I’m currently visiting Sydney and experiencing severe lower left stomach pain, vomiting, hot flushes, headaches, dark brown urine, and green stool for the past two days. I haven’t tried any new foods or medications and am 18 years old. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
