My creatinine level is 155 and GFR is 27. How can I improve these numbers, especially given that I have chronic kidney disease and high blood pressure?

My wife has had intermittent pain in her abdomen area for several weeks now. Sometimes it's excruciating and then it eases for a day or two and then comes back and is pretty bad. She's also experiencing some dizziness but not sure it's related to the ab pain. She thinks it's a gall bladder issue but has not had an ultrasound to check. What do you think?

I had a clear jelly-like discharge when I used the bathroom, and then I had the same discharge but with brown specks. Should I be worried? I was diagnosed with Gonorrhea in May and got treated for that. In 2015, I had an abortion. I recently felt a small lump near my bikini line that was sore but went away after my cycle came on.
