When I eat, it causes my upper stomach/diaphragm to hurt and makes me have heart palpitations/racing heart beat/spasms. I feel like I need to belch but can not. I have asthma and this makes it difficult to get deep breaths. My stomach also makes a lot of noise, gurgling, etc. What could be causing these symptoms and what tests or treatments should I consider?
