My husband has a dry cough and runny nose since Sunday night. He coughs so much he feels like throwing up but it’s not phlegm. He has a blocked nose, a headache last night after coughing a lot, but no sore throat or fever. He also experiences a little breathing discomfort and shortness of breath when he speaks. He is 54 years old. What could be causing these symptoms and what can be done for relief?

I’m normally hot natured but for some reason while I was in bed this morning I felt like I couldn’t get warm but I eventually did. I just got out of the shower and yet my skin still feels cool to the touch. Is this alarming? And I do get my second COVID vaccine 2 days ago.
