I experience head pain when I cough, have a strong bowel movement, or bend over. I've been on anti-seizure medication (Lamotrigine) for many years. How long have you had the cough? I am 5 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing cramping, feeling full, constipation, and gassy for about a week. I have not yet had a first-trimester ultrasound or any tests, and I am not on any medications. I am taking prenatal vitamins without iron and walking for 30 minutes a day. I had a bowel movement last night but it wasn't much, and I have had on and off cramps, some of which can be painful. I also have clear vaginal discharge. Is this normal, and are there any signs or symptoms that would require a trip to a clinic or hospital?
