I am 5 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing cramping, feeling full, constipation, and gassy for about a week. I have not yet had a first-trimester ultrasound or any tests, and I am not on any medications. I am taking prenatal vitamins without iron and walking for 30 minutes a day. I had a bowel movement last night but it wasn't much, and I have had on and off cramps, some of which can be painful. I also have clear vaginal discharge. Is this normal, and are there any signs or symptoms that would require a trip to a clinic or hospital?

I have been experiencing severe ear pain and throat pain for months, along with a feeling of a lump in my throat. I have a history of a bad burn to my esophagus and issues swallowing. My blood test showed a higher level of something that indicates cancer. I am worried about cancer and want to know what could be causing these symptoms and what I can do to alleviate them.

My companion is having trouble breathing, which started acutely in June. He was diagnosed with COPD and has been using an albuterol inhaler, but his condition hasn't improved. He also has high blood pressure and has been exposed to COVID. Should he be tested for COVID, and is there a more aggressive treatment for his COPD?

My 14-year-old son injured his ear while using a q-tip to clean it, resulting in a popping sound, pain, and blood on the q-tip. The local health clinic nurses saw his eardrum and said it was intact, but we are unsure what else could have been damaged. We are scheduled to fly home soon and need to know if it's safe for him to fly, what precautions to take, and what other potential injuries could explain his symptoms.

My husband is having constant lower back pain that only occurs when he lies down. The pain started two days ago and is described as achy. He has no history of injury and the pain is not radiating to his thigh or leg. What could be causing this and what can be done to alleviate the pain?
