My husband has been dealing with left lower quadrant abdominal pain for about a year. His symptoms include a swollen belly, frequent bowel movements in the morning, gas throughout the day, and more puffiness and inflammation on the left side of his abdomen. Spicy foods and bread cause more pain. Despite a clean diet, avoiding dairy, infrequent meat consumption, and minimal alcohol intake, his symptoms persist. Fasting provides some relief, but he has more painful episodes every two weeks and has noted a decline in energy levels. X-rays were inconclusive. What should we do?

I have a piercing in my ear that has developed a lump or bump, which I suspect might be a keloid. The bump has been present for about a year and has not reduced in size. I have tried various cleaning solutions and remedies, including rubbing alcohol and piercing bump remover oil, but the bump remains. I have a history of keloid scars and am seeking advice on how to manage or reduce the size of this bump. Additionally, I had Dysport injections for the first time, but the effects did not last long. I am curious about the reasons for this and whether Botox might be a better option for me.

I have been experiencing abdominal cramps and loose bowels for a couple of months, which have worsened over time. I have been to the emergency room twice, where they performed pelvic CT scans with contrast and found diverticula without diverticulitis. I am concerned that these scans might have missed something else, such as cancer. What should I do next?

I injured my left middle finger last night while flicking a bug off my shirt. This morning, it is swollen, difficult to bend, feels like it is locking, and is painful to bend. The pain is constant but worse when trying to use the finger. What could be the issue and what should I do?
