My husband takes Toplep 50mg in the morning and 25mg at night. He has developed a form of epilepsy that wasn't detected by MRI or EEG scans. He is experiencing memory loss, word loss, decreased tolerance to stress, anger outbursts, and prolonged drowsiness. I am concerned about how these symptoms are affecting our lives. I have never had allergies, but last night I woke up at 3 a.m. with a badly swollen right half of my tongue and a swollen gland under my chin on the right side.
